Out of spec

Out of spec. The castle nut part works but the section for removing d-ring nut was off by about 2mm. Rounded off the teeth making it impossible to salvage

Much better than the one have been using . This one is great and strong. Did not cam out during torqueing barrel nut.

Pretty good armorer's wrench

I recently did my first build with a Rainer select barrel on a Standard mil-spec receiver with a Aero Precision hand guard. The Aero Precision barrel nut is a royal pain to find the correct wrench for. I returned two before keeping this one. I had to file down two of the pins until they were in the correct location to torque the barrel nut. The pins were in the right place, just a little mis-aligned. The wrench worked just fine after filing. And the Castle nut side also works fine. I haven't put on a muzzle compensator yet, but there are lots of standard wrenches that can do that job so I probably wouldn't use this wrench for that job anyway. It's a good wrench. Not a great wrench, but it was only $25.00.
