1. Can you do OEM or ODM?
Yes, we welcome ODM / OEM partners sincerely. we offer custommade service to our clients. You need to provide us some technical data such as dimension and mark.

2. Can item be printed our own logo?
Yes, You just need to send us your the source file of logo.

3. As you know, If we need a sample first, could you supply it for us please?
No problem, sample is available as your require. But please understand that we will choose the sample from our current stock. sometime maybe there is a little different of composition from your expectation, but it is enough for your reference.
If you need us make a customized sample for you, it will charge small amount of cost.

Except manmade mistakes, we will exchange the defective with a brand new one within 14 days after you get our product.

8. Where Do You Ship My Order From?
Please note the "Ship From" option on the product page, we will ship according to your choice. However, only the European Union can choose to ship from Poland and Europe, and other countries need to choose to ship from China or the United States.
If you can't find the Ship From option, it means that the item is shipped from China by default.

9. Is all the order free shipping?
No, only goods shipped from the US warehouse to the US are free shipping. We default to USPS shipping. You can choose DHL, and only need to pay a $2 shipping difference.
Shipping to other countries will charge a freight difference based on the distance, no matter how many items you buy, we only charge one postage.

10. Unable to pay for the order?
1. Please check whether the "Ship From" option of the goods in your order is correct. If wrong, a huge postage will be incurred to prevent you from paying。

11.Changes & Cancellation?
Orders in the processing stage can be modified or cancelled. Please call us immediately or email service@ohhunt.com. We will try our best to make changes but cannot guarantee we can catch it in time.
Orders that have been shipped cannot be modified or cancelled.
If you wish to return a product due to change of heart, you may do so immediately upon receiving the order and contacting us for return. Change of heart returns in brand new condition will be subject to a 20% restocking fee, and the original shipping fees will not be refunded. You will also be responsible for return shipping fee. So be sure you are ordering what you want!

12.Customs Duties & Taxes
All orders shipped to the USA are tax free. However, certain parts of the EU might require VAT, and the orders may be taxed on delivery. You are responsible for import taxes if you are asked to pay by your government. If you refuse to pay taxes and turn away the delivery (resulting in the order being shipped back to us), you will be responsible for the return shipping charges and a 20% re-stocking fee on product value. The remaining balance will then be refunded back to your credit card.

14. My order didn't go through, but I have something that looks like an unexpected charge on my credit card. What happened?
If the info you entered didn't match what your card issuer was attempting to verify, it might have created a pre-authorization hold on your card. That's just a placeholder your card creates when it authorizes a purchase. They "fall off" your card in a couple of days, don't worry! Even if you tried to make the purchase multiple times (and thus have multiple pre-authorizations!) If you're not sure, you can always contact your bank to confirm they're pending pre-authorizations.

16. Can you ship to my country?
Gun is illegal in some countries. We do not know the import regulations for each country, so it is best to contact your local custom office or do your research before placing an order.
In addition, there is duty charges when you buy from other country. This is in addition to the prepaid shipping fees.

17. What are "Pre-order" items?
Items with the description "Pre-Order estimated date arrival" are not in stock, but you can reserve yours by placing an order and paying for it first. As soon as the item arrives at our warehouse, we will ship out the reserved orders first in the order received. Pre-ordering allows you to reserve items before they arrive so you can get the items that you really want.
We usually open pre-order 2 weeks before the arrival of the items, and indicate the expected availability time of the items on the page.
