Allow 1-2 business days(Monday to Friday) from the time of order placement for your order to be processed and shipped out.
Orders are fulfilled Monday through Friday during normal business hours, 9 AM to 3 PM Central Time.
If you place your order over a weekend or public holiday, then we will pack and ship out the following business day. During peak season, especially after a long weekend like Easter or Christmas, it may take a few days for our warehouse to clear the backlog. In these cases, it may take us 2-3 business days to pack your order and ship out. But this only happens during specific times of the year.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via e-mail.
📧 Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:
Once your order is shipped out, we will send an email to your registered email address with your tracking number. You can click directly on the tracking number to go to the tracking page. Depending on the shipping company used, you can also track your order using either USPS, FEDEX, or your country's official postal service.
Do keep in mind that there is potentially some delay before you can start tracing packages on your national postal service website. It sometimes takes 2 day or 3 for the information to be transferred from the China post service.
🔙 Cancelling an order after shipment？
We ship within 24 hours of you checking out an order on our website. If you wish to successfully cancel an order, you must be able to infrom us before your package leaves our warehouse. The best way to reach us quickly for order cancellation is by Chat using the chat bubble on the lower right of our website. You should also follow up with an email to service@ohhunt.com and ensure you clearly and correctly state your order number. If we catch it in time, your order can be cancelled and refunded.
If you do not cancel your order in time, and it ships out from our warehouse, then there is nothing we can do to stop it as it makes its way to you. Please wait patiently for the package to be delivered, do not open the package and contact us to return the product. Once you receive your order, you will then need to return it. However, there maybe a restocking fee for returns and you will be responsible for the return shipping cost. You will also not be refunded the shipping cost to you, since we will have paid that to the shipping company already and it would be non-refundable.
So think carefully before placing your order.
💸 Customs, Duties And Taxes
Ohhunt is not responsible for any customs & taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
If your order is returned to us because you refused to pay import tax, the package will only returned to the carrier not us, we assume no liability for this and the order will also NOT be refunded. Kindly ensure you understand this policy before purchasing from us.

FedEx does not ship to PO boxes, so all orders with a PO box as the delivery address will be shipped through USPS - even if FedEx is selected at checkout.

Once packages have been delivered, neither ohhunt nor the shipping service can be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is marked as delivered but you are unable to locate it, please check around your residence first and then check with your neighbors to see if it was mistakenly delivered to the wrong address. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipment email with tracking info (allow 24-48 hrs to update). you can click the tracking number to check your order, or track on the official express website.
I’ve tried a few budget handrails from other companies and none of them are as nice as this one. The cutouts around the rail are smooth to the touch which has not been the case with other manufacturers.
Instillation was straightforward and so far it seems solid. Have this on a Tromix 458 SOCOM upper and I’ve put 80~100 rounds through it since installing so time will tell. For now, definitely recommend, very happy with it.
