This Sight Cannot be Used at Night?
Not true. For defense one should use a hunting light for target identification. When using such a light, the etched reticle is easily used.

Very nice scope for the money

This is amazing for the price. Eye relief is good..about 2-1/2 to 3'', the illumination is great, reticle is sharp. If you want to see if you like an ACOG style scope, but don't want to invest $1K to find out....this is your play.

Nice scope but the chevron should have been a bit larger so as to be visible without illumination. The fiber optic works fine in well illuminated areas but lacks a bit when aiming from a shaded spot onto a bright target. A version with battery powered illumination might be a good alternative.

Radical optic! Would be even better if you locktite the bolts holding optic to the mount for higher powered rifles.

Honestly pretty good!

I put this on the AK scope mount on a PSAK47. I had to dial the reticle ALL the way to the right and finally got it on target after 2 mags. After that it was on point and pretty easy to nail targets hit after hit. I am pretty happy with it.

Lots of research

I purchased three of the model 3s because of the U tube ratings and T and E reports. All were for assembly projects. I am going to by 3 more. I have had really good experiences and no issues.

Pleasantly surprised.

I spent a while looking for a good quality fixed 3.5x50 scope. I cannot be happier with my purchase. Solid and very accurate on my .308, these guys are legit.

I was sceptical, but am really surprised very clear optic holds zero and never needs batteries. If you cannot afford s real acog this is a great deal, eye relief is good just seems to be a real good alternative to a acog.

Excellent Scope

I have not used the scope but overall build quality is amazing.for this price point. The normal out of focus eye piece is missing . The chevron is in focus and the scope tracks well in its normal box. The older scopes of this style can be corrected for out of focus by cutting a gasket out of neoprene 1/8 inch thick. Cost about 3 dollars for a sheet. This will correct your focus if you have a problem.

Affordable and simply to use

Like many other ACOG Style optics this scope is very easy to install and zeroing, with a very good eye relief (for an ACOG).
For now i'm very satisfied, but i've shot only 50 rounds: if hold the zero well with the passage of time and shots it will be a must for every AR15 shooter!

Exceptional for this price

I just got my 2 in the mail the other day. I got two green horseshoe reticles. Glass is nice and clean and ever in very low light you can see the horseshoe. Hold zero after 300 rounds of 5.56. Eye relief is good for 5.56 but would try anything bigger. I have 3 Trijicons and this is very nice even in comparision especially saving 1k. Definitely will get more.

Best bang for the price

Writing this review to share my experiment, using it for airsoft purposes. I've ordered the other version also, the 4x32 in order to use it on an ak style (rk95tp) and the eye relief was so bad that I was unable to shoulder the gun properly, even my cheek were off the cheekrest !

This ta11 style scope solve the problem, better eye relief and I can shoot stock to the shoulder and have a clear image without breaking my neck forward peace of glass.

Ok, this lens is cheap and the exit lens is narrower than the original acog but, after all it's only $1000 less ;)

In my opinion : 4x32 is for short stock weapon like m4 category and 3.5x35 is more for full length stock weapon like m16, ak with foldable stocks etc...

Fiber optic do its job perfectly and picatiny mount feels great.

I was afrait of the weight but just little few grams more than the 4x32, for me it's really good.

Yes I would buy it again and I'm selling my 4x32 now due to this eye relief issue. 3.5x35 will be my primary glass for now.
