Payment & Returns
We only support PAYPAL payment currently.
If your product is defective or doesn't work properly, to speed up our communication, you may need to provide some pictures(videos will be better) of the product to help us determine what the problem is, whether can be resolved or need to be returned.
We believe in our products so much that we offer a 7-day No-Hassle refund policy. If you're unhappy with your purchase, send us the product back(Including the box, UPC bar code, packaging, and all accessories) and we'll refund your money immediately.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Wrong address disclaimer:
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.
ohhunt is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it please report it to your respective shipping carrier at the information provided to you on Tracking Page.
