Payment & Returns
We only support PAYPAL payment currently.
Please double check the goods you receive when receiving.
If your product is defective or doesn't work properly, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. To speed up our communication, you may need to provide some pictures or videos of the product to help us determine what‘s the problem.
Since overseas warehouses cannot handle returns, if the goods have no quality problems, generally speaking, any unpacked items cannot be returned. If you really need to return the product due to a wrong choice, you can also contact us. We will try to find other customers who are willing to accept your return, but it may not guarantee success.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Wrong address disclaimer:
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.
ohhunt is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it please report it to your respective shipping carrier at the information provided to you on Tracking Page.
