Declined - Do not honour

A Declined - Do not honour  means that the customer's bank has declined the payment. This is the most common message provided by banks when a payment fails their authorization process.

Trigger scenarios:
1、The seller is located in a country different from that of the card issuing bank.
2、The bank's fraud rules (which consider various factors that are not made public) have been triggered.
3、The bank may have placed a temporary hold on the customer's card.
4、Insufficient Funds
5、Expired Card
6、Invalid CVN
7、Any other rule imposed by the card issuer that causes a decline (e.g. daily limit exceeded, duplicate transaction suspected, etc).

1️⃣ Please contact your bank, explaining that you are trying to process a payment, ask your bank to allow the payment. After your bank allow the payment, you can contact us for re-submint the deduction.
2️⃣ You can try again at a later time. The issuing bank may have only placed a temporary hold on the card.
3️⃣ Try to use an alternative credit card.
4️⃣ Sometimes the payment may have been declined owing to failed CVV or AVS checks, so it's worth checking these fields are correct before trying anything else.
5️⃣ You can try to place a new order and pay via PayPal, which can avoid such issue.
