Nothing to say the mount look very well made.
Is a few mm offset as i expected but straith with the barrel.
The problem is my sdm ak47s (soviet) it has the wierdest pattern side rail i ever seen i try the utg mount and it not go up rail is to wide so this was the cheapest solution for now.
It sits few mm up from the dust cover perfectly.

See the photos: POSP rail mounts use a lower rail mount dovetail. OhHunt is milled FLAT, except for the locking lever which IS dovetailed. Digital Caliper measurements show an upper to lower dovetail distance of about 12.4mm on a POSP, and about 14.2mm on the OhHunt.

Suggest you dovetail the length of the lower rail mount similar to a POSP. Should greatly enhance the mount stability, though this will increase cost & result in a slide on fit, similar to a POSP. I would GLADLY pay more :).

The quality, materials, workmanship and finish is ok. Unfortunately, after mounting it on an AK 47, it turned out that the mount is crooked to the left towards the barrel. For a collimator it is ok, for a running scope it is not suitable. I would not buy a second time.

Used this as a budget option to mount a red dot on my wasr-m 9mm. Works great! Only wish they made one for the same price that’s a forward biased mount. Works good though very solid

Only issue is I had to modify the machined slot to fit side mount on my weapon. Otherwise a very solid mount sighted in my optics and fired around 300 rounds after and still held zero

Good time of day! Bracket of good quality, came very quickly in 5 days! On TG 2 gets up hard and soosno! The only moment is a quick-release fastening, prickly, at the first installation The spring fell out of the foot of the clamp, but even so it gets up and clamps. For such a price very good Crown! I recommend the producer.

Delivery is not by courier. At the sdek office. Came on the declared date. The goods correspond to the description. Installed quickly. It's getting tight. I wanted a little denser and the retainer a little and the spring jumped. But it's like they say talent needs to have. Lubricated everything just in case that it would work softer. The butt of course is no longer folded..

On the SCS rise with a strong offset to the left, on the saiga with a small offset to the right (1-2mm. As it seemed to me). The crown is made soundly, it is fixed hard, without Lufts. Compared to the original crown B-13 from the anti-aircraft more massive and low. The color is black matte, the coating to abrasion is medium-resistant. Weighs 199gr. Prevents disassembly, I.E. Without removing the crown, you can not disassemble the weapon. Although the crown from the anti-aircraft also prevents, but the shutter is removed. Kron is suitable for those who want to put a calimator or a chase and shoot at an average distance of 100-150 meters. I think optics up to 1 kg. I have AK mastermount and Midwest industries Gen 1 mount, and the ohunt fits better on my Type 81 rifle. And I can still see the iron sights.

Gentlemen, this is a great mount. The fact that the side groove is 2 mm wider isn't a problem. It's intentional. Let me explain. The mount is quite long and strong. If the groove were 12.5 mm, the stock locking button would constantly get in the way during installation. I had to press the button to engage the mount. So, everything is fine.

1) Latching mechanism looks fairly good. I did indeed figure out tightening/loosening.
2) NOT sized in standard rail attachment groove area for Eastern Block rifles. I will be using calipers on this unit, vs EB POSP mounts - and posting the data (I have three units from Belarus and Russia). I believe this unit is milled WAY too wide, and does not connect to both top and bottom groves correctly.
3) Not upset - this was a $20 experiment. Great latching mechanism, decent materials, VERY poor AK side rail grove fit :(

A note: I would pay twice the price for this unit if the side rail machine rail height actually properly FIT a standard Eastern block side mount :(. Sadly? this unit is MAJOR oversized- with a likely 1-2 mm oversize. I will indeed post Micrometer data, in the hope that a good design can be corrected.

Fit and finish are perfect and locked up rock solid on a mastermount rail.

Top quality, as usual for Ohhunt

I'd put the $25 mount up against any of the other products that cost $250. I own one as a matter of fact and I can't tell the difference other than knowing I over paid for the same product under another brand name

Holds zero! Perfect!

Have installed on a mini Draco with an Ak master mount rail works great holds zero once it has been adjusted properly to conform to whatever rail system you have the only thing I do not like is the quick release clasp to hold it on the rail just seems a bit flimsy but I guess that is to be expected with a 20 dollar rail as opposed to buying one of the name brand American made rails that cost close to 5-10x the price of this rail
