Love it but..

Received the hand guard faster than expected. When I was installing it, I noticed I was missing a few screws that attaches the hand guard to the barrel nut. I was still able to install it and it fits snug. Rails look and work good. Was glad I found this company because I LOVE how the mk18 hand guard looks. Saved me a lot of money for sure.

Great budget mock18 quad rail

This is a great budget friendly quad rail for a mk18/mock18 build. I really like the look of it compared to the $500 rail system. There is one thing to look out for when installing it, the barrel nut is a lil soft and can get marred. After tightening down the barrel nut, I had to file off burrs that were left from the spanner wrench, it will not fit straight if they are burrs on the flat side of the nut. I also used a lil locktight on all the screws. Don't hesitate to buy this! I will probably buy at least one more for another build.

Like the real thing

This rail looks extremely similar to what it is modeled after. If you’re looking for a mk18 rail by DD and don’t want to pay $400+, then you found your alternative. I imagine that a whole bunch of us wouldn’t even be able to tell what this isn’t if we were told otherwise. My only complaint is that it is a bit heavy. But I’m a big boy and I knew what I was doing when I ordered it. Overall I have to give this product a solid 9 out of 10. You will not be disappointed.

If you’re looking for a budget RIS ii aesthetic then this is a great choice for sub $100. Locks up tight and seems to be a solid handguard. My only complaint is the finish is pretty shiny compared to the real deal, and it doesn’t come with a barrel nut wrench. (The genuine DD barrel nut wrench will NOT work) But I found that a castle nut wrench will work or even better a BCM barrel nut wrench. If you’re wondering if you should pull the trigger then this is your sign to do it.
