Unbelievably bad customer service. Canceled immediately after was ordered, well before the order was processed, and didn't hear back for a few days, saying that I didn't reach out until after it was processed. Now I have to shell out for shipping to send it back, because it was already processed and shipped. Terrible. Hopefully a one-off, but definitely unhappy with that.

As we've already explained, because of the time difference, you happened to place your order before we got off work, we arranged for your order to be shipped in a timely manner, and then when you contacted us by email a few hours later, we were already off work. Your order was already in the shipping process and could not be canceled.

The fit and finish on it looks amazing I love the color coyote tan. But I have not installed it yet. I'm waiting on a adjustable gas block and gas tube. It appears that it'll be incredibly awesome looking on my new build
