I’ve tried a few budget handrails from other companies and none of them are as nice as this one. The cutouts around the rail are smooth to the touch which has not been the case with other manufacturers.

Instillation was straightforward and so far it seems solid. Have this on a Tromix 458 SOCOM upper and I’ve put 80~100 rounds through it since installing so time will tell. For now, definitely recommend, very happy with it.

I’m normally a snob when it comes to my ARs, but was building a budget rifle for a friend. This worked perfectly, and arrived quickly and the finish was perfect. I would buy one again if I were to do another Budget bill.

First, the anti rotation tabs don’t work with the “slick side” upper receivers. If you don’t have a milspec upper then this may not fit correctly. However the external surfaces match the slick side receiver much better than milspec as you can see in the photos from other reviews compared to mine. For this reason I filed down the anti rotation tabs for it to fit properly, then used some aluminum black. Since this surface sits flush against the upper when installed you can’t tell anything has been done to it.
Second, either the hand guard or the barrel nut are very slightly off and at the end of the barrel this results in a mm or so of offset. Not something you’d ever notice unless looking for it.
Also the included washer doesn’t fit anywhere so it’s useless.

Besides these things it’s a solid hand guard and should last plenty long. Looks great too.

I ordered a 15" free float handgaurd in September I thought for the price I'd at least give it a try well I'm amazed it installed with no issues and looks good I've spent a good bit of money on brands such as odin,phase5, and several others and this one has not disappointed me after probably 400 rounds through it and it's still tight as the day I installed it

Great quality handguard with precise machining, excellent finish and value priced. I use ohhunt components on the majority of my rifles. I fitted this 11 inch, large ID handguard on a 10.5 barreled AR pistol.

Does not allow me to attach mlok forgrip or bipod adapter without the mlock **** digging into the barrel causing cosmetic damage. Makes a ping noise when the bolt closes, and is not advertised length.

I was looking for a budget M Lok handguard for a side project. I am extremely happy with the quality of this handguard. Fitment and finish are on par with other handguards at more than twice the price.

Fantastic product! I was amazed at how much lighter in made the front end of my AR. I already had one on it but the continuous picatinny top made it unbalanced. Heavy on the front end. Amazing what shaving off those few ounces makes!

Generally I am happy with the 9” handguard I received. But there were a few issues with design and implementation. The thickened area where the nuts and bolts tighten down on the barrel nut has corners that stick out sharply and are very noticeable while handling the rifle. Also the bolts protrude out from the nuts a few threads and are kinda rough and tend to catch on things. The area milled out for the pic rail down in the notches is very rough and unfinished. But so far it works!

Good quality for your dollars. Looks good holds well! The barrel nut seems to be good quality, I trust it on my AR.

This handguard will do what it intended for. After installation it feels decently solid. I would possibly think about getting some better cross bolts as these seemed somewhat not up to par. Torqed down to 45 inch pounds and they didn't strip but time and a few hundred grounds down range will be the judge. Also to note the anti rotation tabs were definitely not up to spec. Both are not even touching my upper and if the bolts do looser the tabs would allow for some wabble. Overall for 25 bucks I'm not complaining.

Bought a used AR9 build and it had a keymod rail on it. Couldn't find any attachments so ordered mlok rail from ohhunt and it worked perfectly as i needed it to. Didn't need anything stupidly expensive for this AR9 and ohhunt came thru as they always do.

Needed a replacement for a AR15 fore guard (due to color changing), looked around, shocked by prices, saw a review online for ohhunt, so thought I’d give them a try. The price was incredible, the guard was delivered quickly and works great.

This fit my Tippmann m422 very good the rail lined up perfectly you can't beat it at this price point shipping took a few days but nothing out of the ordinary
